Thanks Lala, i have banned this spammer now.
I was trying to fixed the report button since it was disable when the forum was in 1.6 but now its 1.6.3 and until now cannot find ways to fix this. but i will do some research. problem forwarded to tech group and admin.

i think you need to delete all his posts too. it may drip users to his site.
