2 Points i have!

1. Regular users never use URL shorteners - once you do that you are spotted as marketer.
2. ClickJacker plugin social cloacking works best for such methods as it displays the images and text from authority site!

So in theory this works..in practice too...but the effort depends on how many links you cans hare daily untill spotted as spammer or something!
