I can't seem to download any files from an Amazon bucket that have a %20 in the URL. All of the rest are fine. Is there anything I can do about this to get the files?

I tried that. An underscore and everything else I could think of. I am using Firefox but I tried with Internet Explorer with the same results.
OK, I just got it working, thanks to a Google search. The answer was Chrome and as you suggested a dash. The dash would not work in the other two browsers.
It is downloading right now.
