I believe they have direct deposit, Check, Paxum or Payoneer options to send you payment. I use Paxum but the easiest option is always just to have them send you a check in the mail

I have promoted this site for some days but the free register is very small (1:400).

I don't use the free registration option anymore, just the rev-share 20% links. I started doing this to get some long-term recurring income coming in. I get paid every 2 weeks and what I make stays pretty consistent. I'm starting to send some more traffic to them now so hopefully within a month or two I will be able to double what I'm making with them now. Time will tell..
