First when the same kind of 3 Months offer was posted on this site the beginning ( I guess 2013 Jan) I had registered. Then just before expiration, I have cancelled my subscription and then used the same link again with another 3 months subscription. This subscription was about to complete in 18-Aug-2013. So, I was trying for those old 3 Months coupons which were not working any more ( After SEOMoz changed to Moz). So just 2 days back I got access to this new 3 months link which I have used and got another subscription.
I have used all same details ( Name , Credit Card, Address etc) but different email id during all these 3 registrations ( so, have used it for 9 Months in total for just 3 USD) and was never charged excess because I used to cancel my subscription.
Can you show me the step on how to cancel the subscription before reach the expire date, Thanks~
I have posted this long back here and now standing after 3 months where my subscription is about to expire I had cancelled by subscription from Billing.

For the past 1 year I have used 4 times (each time I used to get a 3 Month Access)
So, the complete payment is $4USD for 1 Year Access instead of $99*12 = $1188USD for 1 Year Access.
After Login > https://moz.com/subscriptions > Billing Information > Billing Cycle > Cancel Your Subscription > (Select one of the reason why you are leaving) I generally select last option " I like your tools, but I’d like a less robust, lower priced option. " > Select Confirm Cancel
Not sure if this direct link also works or not but check out the below link (After Login to your Account).
