Best Blackhat Forum

I got tens of thousands of Twitter accounts, however now I can't even find a script to have them all follow someone. All the links I've found here and other various forums are either dead or just don't work whatsoever (tmassfollow). Was wondering if you guys can kindly point me in the right direction.
