I happened across an interesting video, then decided to search for anything from the author.
I found a book, haven't read, but it has good reviews on Amazon.
I suggest watching the video as a primer - essentially, what I got is that it talks about business models: Introduces a "why | how | what" paradigm. Hint: why Apple has such a loyal fanbase.
This will apply nicely to the offline world as well Smile

I know the speech of him, he brings it at every conference.
