That was a real quick read of an ebook that I've ever read.Only 4 pages with only one page of content...
I hope it doesn't matter to paste those steps here to save everyone's time

Step 1.
 This guy sells pre-created PLR blogs from this thread (no affiliate link):

Step 2.
 Choose your niche (with those PLR blogs you can choose between golf, forex, weight loss, stop smoking and dog training niches).
Step 3.
 Pick up a cool domain name on justdropped.com
 Search for deleted keyword domains what contains words related to your niche, I think you can do it, it’s simple and fun 


Step 4.
 Register this domain at GoDaddy (around $5 with coupons, just google for fresh GoDaddy coupons!).
Step 5.
 Get the Baby Hosting Plan on the hostgator ,it’s only $8 per month.you can olso use this coupon (25fatwallet) to get 25% off
 get 50% off Hosting from godaddy
 For more coupons you can use : http://couponzi.net/
Step 6.
 Install PLR blog on the host (the instruction you’ll find in the blogs package).
Step 7.
 List the site on Flippa! Just describe some things from the PLR blogs sales page like cool design, plugins, great money making potential etc. Set the Opening Bid price to $47 and BIN price around $300.

Good luck on that one, the PLR blog will simply blend in with the rest of the PLR "stuff" on Flippa. The real trick is in standing out from the crowd. If you want to do so then at least put that PLR blog on a quality domain such as with good PR / DA / PA / Solid BL Profile / and Domain Age

I think this would be a losing strategy because of the listing costs on Flippa. But it would work better on eBay, where you can post lots of free listings per month. Also, you can sell the blogs for $5 and make residual income from the hosting. You won't be the only one doing this on eBay, but that is because it works:)
