yeah you just put it there after i came here and posted that you hadn't refunded it. this gb was extremely sloppy at best and i'm glad i'm out. you had the key and refused to give it to me, that is what i paid for, the software does not work without it. if you can't deliver, say so and give people their money back.
So does family11 have the GB app and key for GB members? Just let us know.

ok Michael Formby and his support is a joke i have been fighting with getting this software. and have lost 6000 worth of clients because of this guy. this is the response i get when i paid more money to this guy
me and my team have been going for two days with this
so i will refund everyone once i recieve the rest of the money
so its not on me that was having the issue. took my money and was just resonding

dont put dirt on my name what i told you and others that was in the skype chat that copy that i had was only single lic and i paid as you see in the post i just made and dont make any since for me to give it you and no one else and some already received refunds from me and i have not gotten my refund from the guy so supergirl dont get mad because i wouldn't just give it to you. if you going to tell the story tell the whole story. its crazy how im showing proof of the issue. you say i didn't refund you but its sitting in your paypal account lol
