Tried to contact him ( PM and Skype ) without success
I just bought 2 accounts VPS from the OP 10 days ago
I created only atleast 8 and 10 RDP with 1core cpu only each vps and each accounts
and on the day 8th , one of them is down.
then I contact the seller through skype, but there was no response at all to replace the account.
the next day, my last account that still alive also down.
same as before. I contact the seller, but there is absolutely no response as well.
just to remind you all, think twice to buy with this seller. And be careful.

No offense but you are at fault for creating 8 to 10 VPSs on an account.
"Only 8-10" You're lucky you even lasted 8 days.
You can only safely create 2-4 VPS's on one account without them getting taken down within a week.
I've been using azure for some time now, Dont make more then 4 VPS's.
Heres a general guideline of what you can make:
1 to 5 Tier 1 (1.75gbram)
1 to 4 Tier 2 (3gb ram)
1 to 2 Tier 3 (7gb ram) (I've made 3 7gbsrams before and didnt last more then 8 days, you wear out your money)
1 Tier 4 (14gb ram)
A VPS with 1gb ram cost at least 10$/month from S***** companies. You're not going to get some miracle deal and be able to make hundreds...You can make a couple.
Remember azure charges off the 200$ credit on your usage, so if you have a bunch of 3 or 7gb rams, or even 6-10 1.75gb rams, you'll use your usage fast and your 200$/trial money will disappear in a couple days.

Pretty obvious that u used the 200$ with all that .rdps, don't need to be Einstein to know that the account would eventually die, next time, try use Azure calucalator.
Suggest you go with Pay as Go instead of Trial next time.

I just bought one vcc for windows azure from kevin. I tried to explain vcc is not good,not working...I gived my login details,when he see vcc is not good, begin to offend me on the skype

First of all, we only sell the azure account itself instead of the vcc's due to the difficulty to create the account, wich you experienced..
we use the same vcc's as you do to create the accounts, and it works for us, but not for you, since you CLEARLY don't know how to create, and for the record, you must be really dumb and think you can create it with an hotspot shield vpn.
Now stop waste our time with your false claims.
