The mirror I used from him had "files" as file type (no types) so use Adobe Reader and save as .pdf for:
Ebook Translation Services (pdf)
International Kindle Profits (pdf)
OTO - Ninja Techniques (pdf)
01 - Install Wordpress (pdf) [that is simple stuff, if you need]
03 - FB Group.txt is fine [if you want to join?]
I could not guess the file type for "02 - Squeeze Page" as it does NOT seem to be .pdf, and I tried doc jpg gif bmp and more...??
