If you want to scraper from HMA, Proxynova, Spys you need try this tool: GatherProxy 6.7
You can also using their online tool: Proxy Extractor. Simple enter the HMA url or Proxynvoa url then you can get all :)
But its just my personal idea. GatherProxy.com offering free proxy list. Free sign up and you can download all proxy list for free. All HMA, Proxynova, Spys working proxy list is available in their list.

Its not advertising. I just answer the questions that someone asking here. If you are feeling that is spam then im really sorry. I think you should thanks me because i gave you a tool which you should reference and upgrade your tool. You should keep some ideas in your mind for upgrade your tool.

Its not like I can't search the forums and get "reference" from a similar tool it's just not a good place to talk about offtopic stuff.
