Works for me. I just unzipped the file and zipped the folder inside of it. Installed and when I checked the paged that I protected it worked.

There is no option to select FREE viral image that already comes with this plugin as shown in the demo video.

That's a corrupt zip file, @revox. It happens now and then. Redownload and try it again. I just downloaded 20 minutes ago,and it installed and works fine for me.
