I downloaded this with no problem.
I was interested in trying the billing software.
So far, no good.

1) 1StopHost.biz Script , after installed, enter login bill bill as per doc instructions -failed.
2) Modernbill - asked for Transaction ID and Email address (You know what I mean ).

Just my feedback.
Maybe you have more lucks!
