THIS IS A LOAD OF CRAP !!!!!

I purchased this and for some reason my license key did not work, as a result I have :-

* emailed the op
*asked him to contact me on skype ( see previous threads)
*mentioned it in this forum

I even went so far as to lodge a complaint with Paypal, and even then I couldnt get my money back.

If you want to support a local charity then donate $37 to Cancer Research - BUT DO NOT GIVE IT TO THIS GUY !!

We reply to all tickets. No customer has ever been ignored if they follow our support channels. That being said,
we cannot please every person no matter how hard we try. If your license key did not work you need to
open a ticket as instructed in the setup email.

Well my friend, this is what I did when i could not get the software to work :-

1) I OPENED A TICKET
2) I EMAILED SUPPORT
3) I PM'D YOU

AND WHAT RESPONSE DID I GET FROM ANY OF THOSE REQUESTS ?

ABSOLUTELY F*** ALL !

So please do not preach to me about your high levels of support - your support is F***ing
atrocious !

And for those of you thinking of buying or dealing with this scammer - Dont !

I even submitted a Paypal claim when I got no response - and you fought it , you B***ard, even though this software has not worked from the day I purchased, and your support has been non-existent.

In my opinion you are nothing but a SCAMMER !

If you had any sort of code of respect for this forum you would fulfill your promises, and you would have refunded my money !

So, dont try and B***shit everyone on this forum with promises you will NOT keep.

Not true at all. By the tone of your attitude, its no wonder you had problems with any seller not just me. Anyone can post anything they like that does not make it true. Open another ticket and it will be replied to however your going to have some common decency and patience no matter where you go.
We have sold alot of copies and your the only one flaming my thread. If I was a scammer and not replying to anyone then why is everyone else happy?
You can please some people some of the time but not all the people all the time. So get your attitude together and contact me again when you are ready to be polite.

There are no refunds unless we have connected with you on teamviewer and verified its not working first Thats right on the sales page.
