Update:
Proof of nulling, This is nulled version so you don't need to buy any license to use this. And for encoding its the base encoding by the WHMCS, you can't run WHMCS without this encoded code, but you are still able to use this without any issues. Just run the setup and put any of the license key if asked, I have added license keys in the file. I have installed the same package on my website and you can see in the screenshot its the 5.25 not 5.24. Before posting anything stupid, Try yourself first.

Nothing is encoded, everything shared in this thread is tested nulling and working before sharing. Follow the installation instructions carefully on whmcs site.
