I found the the Direct Registration Page:

No need to set the Purchase Date... Fill only your name, email and
License/Activation Code. Click the Activate Button and you will be
redirected to the wishlist-member registration form...

I'd be careful using that unless you have a VPN, he's manually checking every registration that comes thru wishlist and could be doing an IP check. He deleted 3 accounts I had created while ripping his site. To be on the safe side if you're new and dont have a VPN + use 10 minute email.....just use the mirrors.
