Sorry but Alex Becker is a tool.
His only SEO strategy is to buy high PR links and direct them to his sites. That's it. Not difficult or rocket science. The SEO "page one" results he uses as examples are using keyphrases with very low <500 month search volumes.
And SEO Omega was 75% exact content (and I mean exactly the same videos) from SEO Infinitum.
Just shows how some suckers will buy anything, I suppose ;)
