Well there is just three things - put the main keyword 4 time in the description, put the video url at the end of description and then find 7 similar to your video videos and favorite them ( This way you get traffic from other people watching these videos )
He also recommends getting GOV backlinks and Natural Youtube Views from Fiverr.
It seems logical to me, hope it works I can give this a try.
