Wow you got me there..unless it was from back in the day when it was open to anyone to verify like on keek right now. I just see Jun something not sure if this month or what year..

There is no blackhat methode to get verified by twitter !!!
Unless the account is of some real famous person, brand or business it will be very difficult to get a normal account verified.
Confirmed. There is definitely no BH way to directly get verified by Twitter.

Also I was looking at the recent accounts @verified follows and that account was "recently" I just assumed there was a black hat method.
