High Level Review

Create a Twitter Account, buy followers on fiverr (atleast 5000+), then create a fiverr gig to sell a tweet of someone url to these followers
Similar with FB, create fanpage, buy followers, create a fiverr gig to promote someone's url on the fanpage

My Quick Review:

Method 1: Twitter Method (Fiverr)
Build a following on Twitter and sell a status/tweet update (ie. “tweet” their message to your “X amount of followers” for $5

Method2: Facebook Method (Fiverr)
Build a following on Facebook and sell likes/fans (ie. add 1,000 Facebook likes/fans to their fan page within 24 hours.)

Both method are do-able but they are very competitive and by no mean quick. Takes time to build up your followers. You can do it faster via blackhat methods but you risk getting your account banned.

buy followers from fiverr, then sell gig on fiverr again using the followers! It is incredible that this guy is actually selling this e-book and making money!
