Q: I thought this kind of software was banned by Facebook My team and I have researched this in detail and are 100% certain that the software is in full compliance with Facebook's TOS and acceptable use policy.
Here's why:
1.) Strictly API based. There is no scraping involved...
The email addresses are @facebook.com addresses, with are simply usernames mapped to the domain.
And this information is freely available in the api.
2.) No Spam acceptable use policy
We have a strict"No Spam" acceptable use policy that you agree to abide by when using the software.
Q:Video Walk-through
FBLeadChef Features Quick n Dirty Overview - YouTube
This video does not have audio!
I'll be uploading another full-featured video as soon as I get back from my video editor.
BTW: The YT video also says 'Leads from pages'. Pages don't have any API info on users on them, so he has to scrape them... so much for strict TOS compliance.
The user manual indicate "When you first load up FBLeadChef, you'll have to enter your license code. (You can find your license code in our welcome email)"
this still requires a little bit of investment i guess? i mean in order to monetize those leads you will have to make a targeted FB advertisement right?
