I have experienced before buying blog comments package linking to one of my blogger sites and mostly spam comment been created.
The aftermath is google penalise my site even though i have solid quality contents and delete it off.
Damm it...
I can see that few seo providers offering BSO are not responding to our queries, seems they are not reputable and professional enough.
I suggest again to the admin, to close down thread that providers are not responding. This thread is DEAD.

secode, the article is bad quality: 1. No LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) ,2. No Strong, H1,H2,H3 tags in the articles for keywords
3nd, The pr comments are all spam pages, not OLB as you mention in your BSO
