need someone hack that string so can be nulled...

If you don't delete config.ini before install the script you simple can't install. Script itself check if that file exist and if exist it consider is already installed. You first need to delete config.ini - if exist.
I tried all variants. With config.ini present, without this file. With file present and without fields local_key and license_key. Always you reach this point:
