This is a five page pdf report which list the various sites where you can get traffic such as web directories, social bookmarking, search engines, photo-sharing and article submission.
Unfortunately it is too brief to be of any help to anyone even to a newbies. It show you WHERE to get traffic but do not show you HOW to get traffic.
Not recommended for anyone unless you have too much time to download this junk.
