No, look at this: "images/social.jpg"
So, you need upload a file with name "social.jpg" in folder "IMAGES" ( of the plugins on your host "public_html/wp-content/plugins/fb-traffic-pop/IMAGES or similar like this...) and you see that it will work, how it worked for me!
Tips: rename the riginal file "social.png" in "social.jpg" and upload in folder images by cpannel on your host.
