09-22-2010 - it's a little dated, but seems useful still, especially since it has not been shared (to the best of my knowledge).

I have not downloaded it yet, but here is the directory where you will find it. I hope it is complete. I see three files (maybe there are more?):

Just don't use it yourself. Most of it is basic, rehashed stuff.
