I didnt know that convert your facebook profile to a fan page is possible. I just know now from your post. Thank you so much!

You will not be able to change the name of your page. So if your facebook name is Selena Gomez your fan page will also be Selena Gomez. I did manage to convert once by changing my facebook name just before I converted and it worked but in later tries this failed.
