You can use it without proxy, but I don't recommend it because it is risky and twitter may ban some of your accounts. Be careful.
If you do not use proxies then choose only "1" thread, and don't use many accounts. Use maximum 10-20 accounts to follow one account without proxies, this is my suggestion.
