hey its very simple guys ok

disable these three clients it works perfectly.
1)Websagram
2)Statigram
3)ink361

i would set the rate of the likes between 2-4 secs
when following people it has to be much higher like 10-15 or you will get banned

and it's said before disable webstagram statigram and ink361 and you should be fine.

did anyone figuere out the ID Listmaker? I couldn't export any data yet
