i am getting following VPS for 10$ / month, according to its specifications and price, is it good or not?

KVM Technologoy
Atlanta, USA
200GB HD RAID 10 HW
2gb RAM
2tb bw @ 100mb/s

If that is what specs your vps will be then yes it is a good price, but if that is the server specs and you have to share those resources with other people then you may want to find out how many other users there are before getting it.
I have seen many cleverly worded ads for vps recently where only the small print actually tells you that you just get a fraction of the specs for yourself but from first glance the vps looks superb. Just be careful to read ALL of the terms to make sure you actually get what you think you are getting.
