This works for maybe less than 1000 visitors and you'd be lucky to make just one sale.
Also your YA will get flagged in 5 minutes and comments might not get approved.
I will give anyone my $1,000 Laptop If you can get same amount of traffic and money with only Google Alerts: Discussions! in 1 Week and no assistance!!!

The key here is to concentrate on one niche after another.
If you successfully established yourself as an authority with a tribe in one niche, you're already in profit.
THEN, and ONLY THEN, you might start to try another niche.
Providing value shouldnd't be hard. There's lots of advice and tips to be found in the big money niches (health/beauty, relationships, sports, pets etc.). Just give it the slant/edge of your persona and regurgiate it that way.
The fun starts with creating systems / blueprints for your tribe. These bring the money. The 60 day Sixpack programme, the 3 day potty training, 5 steps to more energy, in 3 weeks to the perfect swing (golf), get your ex back in 30 days... whatever.
For tools, you need a programmer, suppliers for physical stuff or just collect recipes from the public domain and publish your own books. They have to align well with your message. For software and physical stuff, I would promote anything (fitting with your message) with an affiliate program and avoid the hassle of managing outsourced staff.
Backend: If you're comfortable hoding seminars, do it. If not, JV with the leaders in your niche and send your tribe to them for coaching, seminars etc. You also can sel your stuff in different price classes. Video courses can sell for 497-1997, if you have the appropriate audience.
