This would explain why his sale page is so vague. Many people complaining about it. Would explain why he makes 3 million a year (yea I'm sure) while wasting his time on the WF for a lousy 10 bucks. Depends on how you looks at it I guess. The business probably works. If you want to get over on people and string them along while taking all their money. But he is going to do that to you first. There is no telling how long he will string you or how much it will cost you in the long run. It's great for him I'm sure. Selling 500 people your $2000 "training" would make you a million dollars.
It's the foundation most IM noobs don't get right.
They don't have an offer.
They don't have or build a list.
They don't have a funnel.
Usually they think, sending traffic to somebody else to earn money is enough.
The problem with that: it's not a sustainable business. You constantly need to monitor your EPC vs. traffic cost.
You also want to employ as many traffic sources as as possible for this to work.
Any (email) list based business generates a much higher EPC than any 'traffic sending' business.
The list is your tribe. Give lots of value to them and sell them systems and coaching along the line.
I don't think Dean will rip people off.
He would'nt have made that big pile of money if he did...
Loosing your reputation will loose your your position as tribe leader.

The PDF is totally worthless, don't waste your time. It is just a handful of powerpoint slides with nothing new to say.
I'm great. Most people give up. Have a great offer with upsells and downsells. Then offer your list lots of offers.
Absolutely nothing about implementing all this. With all the talk I really hoped for a lot more.
As John states below your comment "Exactly" what you have missed about why we posted this method.. you should see how to implement it.. the slides are just cobbled together for the webinar.. it is how you can use the ideas that are worth a few cents!
