I have used InstantWP for a year or so and looked for this manual and finally gave up.
Thanks for sharing it. Since I have gotten so much use from the guys free software, might just buy the manual if it is worthy. THe $27 price tag always turned me off for PDF file.

I have been using InstantWP for a long time and I found the easiest way to deploy sites is to use backupbuddy.
Just downloading the manual... will see if it`s quicker and easier than backupbuddy.
EDIT:
He charges $27 to inform you about a free plugin "Duplicator" to deploy sites. (F...ing Hell)
