the site should have highly viral images and youtube videos taken from the web......
Now: where can I systematically find YouTube videos and other images from the internet
that people will want to share with their friends like crazy?

Use longtailkeyword and search for popular images like best jpg or numer 1 video. this will return competitive urls and give more keyword. There are also a couple wp plugins that do good at top keyword recommendations.

you can take them from the most popular websites, just google it and u will get dozens
