I agree. if you are into marketing and especially into "offline" marketing, you can use this mindmap to lay out a gameplan to use when servicing your clients... and for your clients to take care of their clients... if that makes sense.
This is full of marketing fundamentals every marketer should take advantage of.
Note: In my opinion, the wso may be difficult for those who aren't familiar with analyzing spider diagrams/mind maps or not looking to do offline marketing. I'll probably implement this very soon and will report back with a review :)
