here you go, yes dev version no licence needed.
[hide]This is the dev version no activation needed. Not sure if it has any call backs, so it still might need a null. But i have tested it and it installs and activates, there was another version of their file which when testing required a licence. So I think this will work just fine. One thing to note, dont have two admins already installed on the site. because i just locked myself out and gave access to the other admin. At least i have both login details.. Also apart from the email function all this can be done and more using a free plugin called Advanced Access Manager in which it created a super admin, and you can select which menu items to give access to even as an administrator. Pretty much the plugin is playing around with user Capabilities and user roles
