I'm not using this software, but I downloaded and test it for you, it's all working.
I double click EVCC.exe, enter anything as license, mine I entered Imcool
Works fine! It will ask first to update, I did not update it.

If I were new here, would try the name of site or maybe url? Like bestblackhatforum.com or bestblackhatforum. Be your best bet before asking. You got to help yourself then when you fail, ask what the password is... Just a tip.
