Just wanted to check.....the sales page advises that you can charge for this email service but there is no payment plan options in the software....am I to understand that it is up to me to create a payment system for accounts and them manualy set up users?

I have installed IEM before in my VPS and they have suspended my account , how to stay under the radar?!

If you spam people, they will report you, and get your accounts banned. Use the double-opt-in with unsubscribe option, and you shouldn't be getting reported and banned. At least, that's my plan, if this works.
