Unfortunately, retention views are delivered as fast as possible. The slowest I could deliver them for you would be in 48-72hours. The good thing, however, is that they are usually overdeliver with up to 200% overdelivery.
However, I can definitely drip feed views if they're Regular Views instead of retention. I wouldn't advise doing it over such a long time though, weeks instead of months would be better imho
