Well, this would not be the traffic of those who are interested in your website or niche, end of it, this would mean high bounce rate, dissatisfied visitors, negative PR and probably your website being detected as malicious as well. I came across one of the premium themes shared on BBHF today called "SuperPress", turns out that after I installed and launched my website on the browser, there were a few redirects and the page ended on one of the affiliate links, I had to eventually take down the website for a while :( guess with this post, I can now relate the behavior to what exactly had happened. The code was probably inserted in the nulled version of the theme and well, I wished blackhat SEO or traffic methods never existed.

Looks like a good script to me. A little bit pricey though. For what it is. And of course hardly original.
