I've read a bunch of PDFs and watched a lot of videos, but unfortunately can't really recommend any because they all gave information that I already new so it depends on what level of YouTube marketing you're currently at (basic or experienced).
Anyway, there are a ton of products offered on here, and in terms of views I've been using U2BViews for about a week now and like it, although it will take you a while to get 10,000 views. I usually leave my computer on surfing for credits overnight and wake up to 800 to 1,000 credits.
