I rescanned the theme and the esafe service is showing timed out (this is the only service that showed win32 trojan last time I scanned) and if you look closely the snapshot you have posted also shows esafe timed out.

Even though we can assume that everything is clean, but it always leaves us with a doubt, whether the theme is really clean or not.

We can assume that everything is clear but it always raises a question, whether the theme is really clean or not.

usually esafe service realize timthumb.php(line 221-base64_decode) as win32 trojan.
but That's the Base64 representation of a GIF saying "no hotlinking" and not trojan.
timthumb.php file used some theme like Sahifa,udesign,...
