The main idea behind this course is to copy the best selling ads by
hand. By doing so you get into the mindset of how they were made or at
least ingrain some of the copywriting techniques into your head one way
or the other.
This is why its only txt and pdfs only. Its not a step-by-step tutorial
course that teaches you copywriting. Its a practical course in which
you're expected to do something and get results.
Even if you know nothing, by writing ads out manually, you get the 'feel' of how copywriting should be like.

I believe the course is based on
successful ads he sends you that you re-write in your own hand-writing.
And therefore, internalizing the copywriting style and techniques that
are being used.
Hard work, but it pays off.

That's Gary Halbert's advice in a course.
You might just llok around the web for the most successful direct response ads and ssales letters of all time.
You then set the hour for the day where you do your hand-written copy and start. Every day another ad.
Gary also advised to read them aloud too - so you get the feeling for text flow and intonation.
