Looks like the plugins need to be nulled. You need to enter PayPal purchase email for them to work, no?

Just tested it and it needs a registered email

It does seem to need nulling. I tried a few random numbers but it didn't work.

The OTO is just a video, it is not the Actual OTO... anyone have the extra images?

The registration code (where it verifies your email address) is within functions.php Its encoded with a newer version that what my software can decode (i.e. ionCube7). Perhaps someone can decode / null the php script?
