Quick summary >>> Contact local businesses by email to offer to interview them for a local review site (yours). After the interview, contact them again to try to present the offline services you may do for them ( rep management, mobile sites ...)

His review site is really bad looking with a logo a 4 years old could do, very amateur.

The idea at least by what this offer seems to be pretty good. In my view you would need to tweek it to meet your offer that you plan on giving to clients. I plan on using this for PPC (pay per call). People might wanna use this along with another wso that was offered here (pay per call ninja...may not still be up) and (offline client pay per call...which is a slim down version of ppcn). With the WP Local biz themes/plugins. You might be able to work this pretty well. but you have to think it through first. (doing that now as I type).
