You need to be careful with pinging too many places with every post. I used to use a big ol list like that, as a matter of fact that last list looks pretty familiar.....

But you don't need to ping to every google site in every country..... it's redundant. The main one reaches across all of them.... this is the list I've been using for a long time, a year or more easily...... works great, less filling:
