ANNOUNCEMENT:
There's a NEW, EXPANDED Version of Kindle Krush. The New Version goes
into much more detail about "Amazon as a Social Network" along with a
few other changes and clarifications. If you purchased your Kindle Krush
Package ON or BEFORE Jan. 10, 2013, then Please go to your download
link and download the latest copy. The file should say NEW at the end of
it. If so that's the correct one. If you have any questions, please let

How are the Bonuses delivered?
