i had a similar error. did you use jawad's elite copy? if so, did you unzip the file before uploading it?

hi yes jawad's share did work great, im only having one issue with it,
that is when you put in your tag %country% so forth viginia is still
showing up in the back geo map and i cant work out how to change it , it
only changed the text on the actual opt in box.
