Funny as Hell that this "English Speaking Writter" (Writer?) has 'Stratagies' (Strategies?) in his reports.

Might be an English speaker but can't spell or spell check for crap....

Neither can most Phonetic idiots in the US, because the school system would rather lower the spelling standard with Phonetics, just to pass them on, rather to have it spelled correctly... :(

Im guessing it was done in photoshop and photoshop does not have spell check it has happened to me a few times im not mad books are written well
